    Onboarding

    What we do
    Verify identity, collect PIC credentials, confirm lease.
    What you do
    Provide ownership info, PIC license, lease or deed.
  2. 02

    State registration

    What we do
    Prepare + file the state pharmacy application; pay state board fees on your behalf (pass-through at cost, with your written approval).
    What you do
    Review and sign application; authorize fees; answer board follow-ups if asked.
  3. 03

    Inspection prep

    What we do
    Ship signage templates, policy manual, counter checklist, pre-inspection dry-run.
    What you do
    Install signage, stock counter, implement P&Ps.
  4. 04

    Inspection

    What we do
    Schedule with the state board; remediate findings alongside you.
    What you do
    Be on site; produce records on request.
  5. 05

    Federal registrations

    What we do
    Prepare and file all three — NPI via NPPES, DEA Form 224, and NCPDP — in parallel, pay DEA / NCPDP fees on your behalf (pass-through with your approval), and track each to activation.
    What you do
    Sign off on filings; authorize DEA + NCPDP fees.

    Insurance credentialing

    What we do
    Credential CVS Caremark, Express Scripts, OptumRx, Humana, Prime, Medicare Part D, Medicaid. Priced per carrier — see pricing.
    What you do
    Authorize per-carrier credentialing and any carrier-charged fees as they come up.

    Live

    What we do
    Hand off a binder with every credential, number, and agreement.
