How does pricing work?
We offer four startup packages — Bronze ($2,500), Silver ($3,500), Gold ($7,500), and Platinum ($12,500). Each tier wraps the one below it, so you scale up without losing anything. Bronze covers the regulatory essentials (state registration, basic inspection, NPI/DEA/NCPDP). Silver adds an on-site walkthrough, your P&P manual, and the go-live binder. Gold bundles in full insurance credentialing across every carrier you need. Platinum is the full A-to-Z opening — suppliers, pharmacy & POS systems, payment processing, HIPAA training, and the rest. After you go live, our $249/year Annual Maintenance plan keeps every registration current.
What's in Bronze?
Bronze ($2,500) covers the regulatory essentials: state pharmacy application prep + submission, basic inspection coordination, and federal registrations — NPI via NPPES, DEA Form 224, and NCPDP — all prepared and filed in parallel. Real-time portal and document vault included.
What does Silver add over Bronze?
Silver ($3,500) is everything in Bronze, plus an on-site pre-inspection walkthrough (we walk your space the way an inspector would and hand back a punch-list), a Policies & Procedures manual tailored to your state, and the go-live binder export at the end of onboarding.
What does Gold add over Silver?
Gold ($7,500) is everything in Silver plus full insurance credentialing — every carrier you need (PBMs, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, specialty networks), tracked in your portal, signed contracts archived for you. No per-carrier add-on fees.
What does Platinum add over Gold?
Platinum ($12,500) is the full A-to-Z opening on top of Gold: primary & secondary supplier setup, pharmacy software & POS system setup, payment processing setup, HIPAA training for your staff, storefront signage coordination, and the rest. We do it all so you can focus on hiring and dispensing.
What's the Annual Maintenance plan?
$249/year, available to any pharmacy we've onboarded. We maintain all your registrations, update your state / federal / NCPDP profiles when something changes (address, ownership, PIC), handle renewals, and refresh your policies & procedures annually so you stay inspection-ready.
What's NOT included in any package?
All state and federal fees (state board licensing, DEA registration, NPI / NCPDP filings) and any carrier-charged fees pass through at cost, always with your approval. You never pay any government or carrier directly; we collect, file, and reconcile.
Can I add individual insurance carriers without going to Gold?
Yes. If you're on Bronze or Silver and only want one or two carriers, we offer per-carrier credentialing as an add-on. Pricing varies by carrier complexity, so reach out for a quote. If you need more than a couple, Gold usually pays for itself.
How long does onboarding take?
Most independents go from signed lease to first prescription in 90–120 days. State inspection scheduling is the biggest variable; it depends on your state board's backlog.
What states do you work in?
All 50. Each state board has quirks — we handle them. If your state has an unusual process, we'll flag it during onboarding.
Do you handle the DEA Form 224?
Yes. We prepare it, you sign, we file. The DEA registration fee is pass-through at cost — we cover the payment with your written approval and itemize it on your invoice. You don't deal with the DEA payment portal.
Can you credential me with Medicare Part D / Medicaid?
Yes. Both are included in Gold and Platinum. On Bronze or Silver they're available as per-carrier add-ons — pricing on contact since CMS and each state Medicaid program varies.
Can I see progress in real time?
Yes. After signup you get a portal that shows real-time, up-to-date status for every step — what's next, whether the ball is in your court or ours, and instant notifications whenever a state or federal agency asks for something. You can upload supporting documents right from there.
What if I already have my state license?
We can jump in at whatever stage you're at — inspection prep, credentialing, buildout, etc. Contact us and we'll price it accordingly.
Do you handle specialty pharmacy credentialing (URAC, ACHC)?
Yes, as a scoped add-on — it's a specialty engagement with its own quote. Reach out and we'll scope it.
What kind of buildout help do you offer?
Everything from bare-shell renovation to counter fitting, C-II vault install, dispensary layout, consultation area, and branded signage (design through installation). Quoted separately on Bronze/Silver/Gold; folded into Platinum where possible.
Which pharmacy system do you set up?
PrimeRx, at a discounted rate through our network. Includes account setup, data import, and staff training. Bundled into Platinum; available as an add-on on smaller packages. If you want a different system we can scope that too.
Do you help sell an existing pharmacy?
Yes. We offer exit and sale advisory — finding a qualified buyer, valuation support, transaction coordination, and post-close guidance. Quoted separately based on your situation.
Are my documents private?
Yes. Documents are stored in encrypted, private cloud storage and are only accessible through authenticated portal sessions. Every view happens behind short-lived, signed access links that expire within minutes and are scoped to the specific user requesting them — nothing is ever publicly addressable. We're not HIPAA-covered in this phase (we don't handle patient data), but we apply the same principle-of-least-privilege controls we'd use if we were.
What's your refund policy?
On any startup package: full refund if we haven't started work, pro-rated by stage after. Add-on services are quoted with their own terms. Contact us and we'll be fair.
